Interesting to note that a search for property in the Lower Mainland under $200,000 turns up nothing! Not surprising then that the property transfer tax exemption, as of Feb. 20/08, for first time home buyers is now $425,000 with a partial exemption up to $450,000. Amazing to think that I once owned a house in Wpg. that was less than $55,000 to buy and we sold it three years later for just a bit more - of course that was 20 years ago! Should have held on to that property.

Just a quick note to comment on how fabulous your new site is. We're interested in considering our options with a house purchase again...just curious as to what the units have been selling for in Meadowvale!

Impressive! I'm jealous... I've been promising my customers MY "new, revamped" website and it just doesn't seem to get complete. It's a nice feature to have so customers can get information "at will". Congratulations!

Well Joan I finally had a few minutes to browse around your site. What I noticed first is the ease at which I could browse. It has a nice layout, good colours and is inviting. What I learned or maybe what was reinforced is I have a lot of work to do to get my place ready to sell. Thank you for providing a resource I can check any time I have the need, somewhere to go that will help through the process. Well done :-)
